Really good!!
I have to say these are great! When you get a little older, that underarm flap is real! - and painful, if you work out, especially martial arts. These hold it all in and no painful underarms when you punch! I got 1 to try with another item. I ended up getting one more because it is better than the other one I tried (the one where it clasps under the bust). I ended up retiring that and came back here to get another 2 of these! There is really a lot of support on these through the sides and though the back as well. I've worn them many times and they still look brand new. Sizing - there are several hooks on the front to adjust, but it was true to size by their guide. It is supposed to squeeze you but it is very comfortable.

Best fit after so many disappointments!
I needed this garment for post surgical compression, and honestly it took 4 brands, and multiple sizing to finally find the right fit for me. I have bigger shoulders than most women, and struggle to find shirts that won’t dig into my under arms. I’ve purchased all 3 styles from Brabic, and the full breast coverage, tends to fit the best with needed compression and comfort.I also purchased the 3/4 sleeve open breast in a large, the shoulders tend to slip off, and the arm pit seams dig into your skin. The 3/4 sleeve in and large vs full sleeve in a large tend to run slightly different. The 3/4 sleeves run a little tighter, I’d say about 1/2 inch. But overall the material is so soft and comfortable. Brabic os cost effective, and gives similar compression to expensive medical garments. If you’re having arm lipo, you’ll need 2 garments, one for post swelling the first 2 weeks, and one for weeks 3 and beyond. Plus it helps to rotate them so you can wash and stay clean to reduce infection. Hope this helps ladies!5’7’ 185lbsBack size 36DDArm size 14 inches

Best Compression for Arm Lift/Brachioplasty Recovery!
I am 3 weeks post OP from my brachioplasty, also known as an arm lift and this is by far the absolute best compression garment out there! I had tried regular single compression sleeves, compression socks with the feet cut off, compression garments that just go on the arms and around the back and then full sleeve garments with 2 straps in the front, above and below the bust. Prior to ordering this I had been only using the garment that had the two front straps because everything else was just too painful and uncomfortable. I would get irritation on my scars where my arm crease is and would have to pull the bottom strap up to act as a bra which was just uncomfortable for going out. I immediately tried on this garment and instant relief! It applies the right amount of pressure for swelling, while providing comfort and support needed after an arm lift. The size chart was a guess but I did measure and go off of the size I ordered for other garments. Pre- Surgery my arms were 17.5 inches and Post-Surgey they measure 13inches (with Swelling). I ordered the largest size and it is perfect for my arms, with just a little extra room in the bra because I am not very chesty, however it is very comfortable regardless. I really like the different options for tightness on the chest piece as it can adapt to your size. After finishing this post I am going to order another one so I have one always available if the other is being washed! Highly recommend for an arm lift!

good, light support
This product seems well made, soft, comfortable, and provides a good level of support to the arms and upper back. For my particular problem, it needs to be a couple inches longer. On me, doesn't sit on the ribs as it does on the model. The band comes right below the breasts so it sits like a bra band. It does make the arm smooth and the upper back support is light, but good. I feel like it might get hot in warmer weather. For reference, I'm about 5'4", 124 lbs., and ordered a small. It is a good snug fit, though it could be a little tighter (and longer) over the rib cage. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Great compression garment especially after surgery
This garment is very well made. It is soft and silky yet offers very firm support. I purchased it for my arm lift surgery as the one I was sent home with after surgery was a rather abrasive material. It is true to size, a medium was perfect for me- I’m 5’7” and 136 lbs. The arms are snug as I need after the surgery. It has a little bra support and lift too. This is all I will wear for the next several weeks under my clothes. Thank you for a great product!

Ouch!
I Like the arm compression of this garment, and the fact that there are FOUR rows of hooks in the front so you can definitely customize the fit. I can feel it pulling my shoulders back and down. Only giving it 3 stars because the bottom of the hook & eye closure has a HARD and sharp edge that digs into your stomach. It does help you remember to stand up straight, but makes it uncomfortable to wear and literally feels like it's cutting a hole in your skin. I ordered 2 of these and they both do the same thing.

Underarm seam ❌️
I recently had SmartLipo on my upper arms and wanted to buy an additional compression garment without spending another $120 (which was the cost of the garment I bought through the surgeon).Initially this item seemed like a good option to wear while I was laundering the other garment, but then I realized that there is a prominent seam along the underside / inside-facing area of the sleeve, whereas the more expensive garment does not. This seam leaves a deep mark across the inner arm (see picture) where I was treated, which could have become permanent had I continued to wear it during the healing period.I do not recommend this garment if you're trying to compress the upper arm area unless you wish to become deformed. Maybe it would be ok to treat lipo of the axillary areas, but a big NO for arms. The manufacturer could have just as easily put the seam along the TOP of the sleeve where it would cause no harm. Very poor design. 👎
