We have bought this filter eight times so far and are very pleased with how much cheaper it is than the Whirpool version but does exactly the same job. It's important to make sure that this is compatible with your appliance model - other reviewers experiencing issues fitting may not have done so. We have never had an issue inserting into our fridge and does the job perfectly.

Just the job

The customer service was good but not so is the product.I always use a genuine filter for my Whirlpool side-by-side American fridge/freezer but thought I would give it a go to a universal product for the first time.Unfortunately it does not fit the cap/handle of the fridge properly. The sliding cup is very loose, which makes it tricky to push in the cartridge.Perhaps it doesn't affect filtration as the customer service say, but I do not think I will order it again.I don't bother returning the item for refund as they offered. It is too troublesome to remove the dripping filter, wait until it dries, pack, print the return label and take it to a drop off point.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Passt, filtert das Wasser. Günstiger als das Original,aber genauso gut. War erst etwas skeptisch, aber alles super.

filtre correspondant parfaitement a mon frigo Whirlpool.après une bonne purge du filtre de 2 ou 3 litres, l eau est claire.

En principio no ha dado problemas y hace su función. El sin sabores raros. Buen precio con relación al original.
