Not 100% perfect
Upon assembling the item it looked really promising. It has a screw on the bottom of the base which stops the pole becoming unstable when curling the cheese so that is great. The base is great, no issue there. However when I started to use it, the blade was not sharp enough and this makes very very small thin flowers that can break up. Also the little screw on the top part of the handle kept coming unscrewed which is really annoying. The worst part is that the blade is not sharp enough, if it was this would be a great item. I can only give three stars for this reason as it doesn’t fulfil its purpose to a full satisfaction. That said, it works and the screw at the bottom is really helpful.
