I was skeptical about the taste and my mind blown with the delicious flavor of each drink. I am not a major veggie and fruit eater and not going to drink it. I must share that this item came packaged exceptionally well and did not disappoint in the detox process. I was looking for a gentle detox and thought I'd give Raw Generation a try. Having had surgery on my stomach, I have to be very selective in what I eat and drink. I had no discomfort. I'm a customer for sure!

Delicious, nutritious and CONVENIENT!!!

It instructs you to not eat meat, dairy, nor grains for a few days before you start the detox I did a low calorie liquid diet for 2 days. The third and forth day I did this detox. I lost weight on the days that I did the low calorie but I gained a few of the pounds back when I did this detox. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this detox to anyone. For those that lost weight doing this was put in a position to lose weight from straying away from the meat, grain, and dairy from the beginning.

I've actually ordered my second and have enjoyed. It's expensive though .

The juice was mostly frozen when I received it. They were tasty and convenient. I have a juicer but it's nice to have a backup option.
