I have a Ryobi P5231 Jig saw. I bought these flush cut blades but can not use them because of they hit the blade guard and do not see a way to remove the guard.

Cut more than 120 ends off of treated 2×6 pier boards with one blade. After that, blade was worn out. Performed well.My DeWalt saber saw has a plastic cover over the shoe, so the blade,does not quite cut flush. But, tilting the saw at the end of the cut works.This is not a fine cut blade. It cuts quick and a little rough.For my purposes, it worked well.

EASY TO PUT INTO SABER SAW. THIS IS A HARD TO FIND ITEM. CUTS SMOOTH. HAD MY JOB DONE IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. CUTS VERY CLOSE TO THE WALL., NOT UP TO IT BUT, CLOSE. ONLY HAD TO CHISEL OUT 1/16 TH OF WOOD TO GET THE REST OF THE WOOD OUT WHERE A REGULAR BLADE WOULD NOT EVEN COME CLOSE. GREAT ITEM.

Bearly cuts particle board, more like chewing its way through. Will not maintain a straight cut, works your jig saw to death.

So neat to be able to cut flush to front of saw without pulling out the oscillating tool.

This was the first time I’ve used these blades and for perfectly straight cuts through 6x2s and 22mm plywood they are a dream. I even used it to trim 12mil off of a 4.8m length of facia just to see the outcome and I wasn’t disappointed, though obviously the table saw would’ve been quicker but boys & girls and their toys. I have to be serious and in truth this is a serious blade that would handle far more than I could throw at it today and absolutely worth the price. I placed the order late on the 25th and they arrived well within 10 hours of placing the order with Prime. 10/10 for both.
