I will be the first to say that the taste is not great at all. They say that it has mint, but honestly, I can't taste it at all! The oil is not thick, but it could be because I have gotten used to it. The first time, though, it felt like taking a shot of Weston oil, but the longer you swish it in your mouth, the thickening of the oil becomes thinner. I will say that after using it, my mouth does feel a lot fresher. I'm not too sure about the whining claims of this because my teeth are pretty white already.

Make it easier for one to measure out the right amount. Second, I found the taste of the oil to be okay...initially. It is a mix of coconut, sunflower, and sesame oils with clove, neem, and mint. At about the 5 minute mark, the taste was not as pleasant. I'm not sure if that is the result of the oil pulling the toxins or the clove of which I am not a fan. Third, if this lasts a couple of weeks, it's going to get expensive. Between the aftertaste and the cost, I don't think this will become a part of my dental routine. Perhaps at a lower price point and without the clove.

This bottle is on the small side but love that it has organic ingredients. It's not just coconut oil. There's sunflower and sesame oil with clove, mint, neem and vitamin E. One pump is all I need. I'm really surprised how much salvia this helps to produce. My teeth and gums feel clean after use. Easy to use. Great product. Great value for the money.
