I notice it’s not a reduction so not sweet enough. Taste is good with lettuce salad and as garnish on Italian dishes..

This product add awesome flavor to my tofu. My grandson doesn't like vinegar, however, when I grill his chicken and top it with this, he was so shocked and he loved it. I use it for salad dressing and swee and spicy topping for my sandwich

I am all about balsamic vinaigrette. This one I especially like drizzled over mozzarella and red peppers. It’s a little on the thicker side so I don’t use it for my salads. It really taste good.
