Brian Lara Cricket (PC CD)

I bought this game, and installing it on my Windows 7 computer I found an error message repeatedly occurring at about 92% installation. A quick search on the Sold Out website shows that the game is "not compatible with Windows XP". Nor, presumably, any later OS.Unless you're still using Windows 2000, ME, or earlier, don't bother buying this game.

I bought this game for 30 quid back in 1999. Now it is only a fiver. I still play it very often and get really into it. One or 2 small niggles - you know if you have hit a four before it crosses the rope because the commentator tells you so it takes a little suspense out of the fielder chasing a ball to the boundary. Also, you have to change the difficulty setting depending on whether you are playing a test or 1 day match because 1 dayers are much more difficult to win than tests - or maybe that's just me.The graphics are excellent. The stadia are as good as in any football game.

i found it to be a great buy...it was well worth the money... just what i was looking for !

Everytime the cricket comes round, this games gets dug out and is enjoyable as ever. Bought this game in 1999 and still play it. Great for killing an hour or for an all night session. Can't wait to try the 2005 version, which I will probably end up playing until 2011.
