Gives important information on how to live a healthy life with proof.

If you're concerned about your health then this is a must read. Even with proper eating you could still not be getting enough minerals which Dr Wallach contributes to quite a variety of diseases.

Don't waste your time it's more like an autobiography then an informative book. Dr Wallach has made a name for himself, but he has also benefited quite well with the cost of his nutrients. I hope some day in the future he will concentrate less on $$$ and more on making it affordable.
