It is most likely going to be too fast for uncle Bob, and it is fast on high and squirly, it's the only one I found that does around 6mph on high settings, but the bigger front drive wheel system seems to be a plus,,it's got a huge battery, comfortable padding and a seat belt,the only down side I see is the plastic foot pads, overall it's a good butt bucket for the diabled

This item came fast, easy to assemble. Rides smooth and quiet, I would recommend this chair.

I am not able to lift chair into automobile/ if you have someone to help you then you are in good shape. Durable have flown with it. Buy a cover bag protector is a Must! Nice that you can switch to manual!!!
