QUALITY frame and a great value = Must Have!
Really nice frame... all aluminum easy flip up frame sides for quickXchange of media. The backlighting is VERY uniform albeit a tad too bright for my needs BUT I'm glad I bought the DC side wireless dimmer injector which works great (ended up at 50% brightness which helped make the posters black ink look, well Black! I was using this with a Pro mylar print and when I quickly tried a one sided poster I could tell it would work best with a two sided bled through poster (but mylar print looks Excellent at 50% power... Thanks Kyle!!

Good quality, bad instructions
The product itself is wonderful. I have three of them, and they make my movie room look like a little theater. If anything, they're too bright - all 3 posters have washed-out color to the point where there are no true blacks anywhere - only medium grey (like taking a perfectly good picture in Photoshop and increasing the brightness by 30% or something). But I'd rather it be too bright than not bright enough. I went to the Hobby Lobby fabric department and got some grey "100% Polypropylene" material, which is only $3/yard (and it's folded too, so really it's $1.50/yard), much cheaper than normal cotton materials that are $10 or $15 per yard. One single layer of it behind the poster was perfect for cutting down the light so that you can actually see the blacks. But if you want to light up a lunch menu in a place during bright daylight, then no need to buy cloth - the way it naturally lights is perfect for daytime lighting. The instructions are very difficult to decode due to the poor English written by someone who obviously doesn't speak English and diagrams that are so small that you can't see much detail. This is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.For the benefit of future buyers:1) Get a couple brush/rubber wall plates (and of course a couple 1-gang boxes) so you can hide the power cable behind the wall. I have the power "brick" laying on the ground so it's not a fire hazard inside the wall, but the part of the cord from the brick to the picture is long enough to go up the wall while the brick is still on the ground.2) The picture frame opens without any tools, and opens quite easily. While looking at the front of the frame, just flip the frame itself outward (toward yourself) by lifting the frame where it meets the picture. (This is probably the coolest part of the design - very clever.)3) After opening the frame, you'll find a thin plastic sheet. There is a plastic film on the plastic sheet that you'll need to take off. The side of the plastic sheet that has the film on it is the side that goes against the picture. Static electricity makes the sheet cling to the picture (and further holds the picture in place when it's upright). Don't take the film off until right when you're ready to put it on top of the poster, or you'll get it dirty. (Wipe with a dry, clean rag if it does get dirty with animal hair and dust particles.)4) One step says something about 3mm mounting tape which is NOT provided! Be sure to have some small mounting tape squares handy. I'm still not 100% sure I did what the instructions ask since I don't speak Chinenglish, but basically I put 4 squares on the 4 corners of the inside of the frame so that the back of the poster sticks to them. They need to be fairly small. I used Scotch Mounting Squares, which are probably 1cm x 1cm x 3mm. You will need to mount the squares so that they don't block any light. The corners of each mounting square will touch (but not overlap) the corners of the lit area.

Does Justice to Complex art, stunningly detailed and designed well.
Most artwork suffices with house lighting, some with externally mounted lights. This picture frame Led Light Box dazzles any complex or basic poster print. The amount of detailed artwork is stunningly more visual and complex. I placed a complex print with a white backdrop and the effects were astounding, unique.

The brightness is astonishing
I liked the brightness, but the ease of inserting the photo takes some figuring out and should be accompanied by instructions.

Just what I needed for my movie room!
They work great! I had some shipment damage but the customer service was great at rectifying the situation. I added wifi smart dimmers to control them with google home.

SO FAR SO GOOD...
Delivery was quick, product arrived packed well and in good order. Directions are not good and hanging hardware is confusing.Once you get your poster inside, it clicks shut firmly and really pops. Will update once it proves to work well over time...

No instructions. Different unit from what others have described. Hassle and disappointment.
Some have said this has a "clever" way to open. Not my copy. Nothing tilts or swings open. Nothing slides or snaps. Only way to open it looks to be the removal of 8 tiny screws on the back of the frame. Which is a hassle.Despite sponge foam blocks to protect it in shipping. All four corners have damage as well. The corners have these little plastic bits. I guess to help join the corners? They're all chipped and dinged. If this was a $25 or even $50 frame, I might live with that. This was over $200. So it's all going back.
