Service and delivery were excellent and the teepee came well packaged. It is very easy to put together, just remember when you join the poles together, to make sure that each one has a pole with a hole at the top. Once you slide the poles into the canvas cover and tie them at the top you are left with an incredably study teepee; the whole thing screams quality. This tent will easily survive any child's inquisitive play.The teepee is a great size and the little window and pockets for books/toys are a lovely touch. Our granddaughter played in it for the first time yesterday and she didn't come out for two and a half hours, in fact she wanted to go to sleep in it! When she, eventually, went home, I just gathered it up and stored it away in it's canvas bag.To sum up, I love this product and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.I bought this item at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review.
