1/21/2026 The handle is coming off the pot. My fault. This is a product I really like. I use it multiple times a day. Can I buy a new pot for a reasonable price? I have only had it a few days so cannot comment on longevity. But its build quality looks good, and the electronics work easily and correctly right out of the box. I did not buy the cheapest listed on Amazon, but this is not far from it. Beautiful packing... My first thought was I would give this as a gift. Glossy black box, high quality glossy inserts and guide (although it is obvious that English is not a first language it is understandable.) So, on to the machine. It has the same high quality and elegant appearance as its box and packing. Controls are very easy to understand and use. By the time my coffee is ground the water is ready. The temperature hold is very helpful. I used to have to stand over the stove and watch water boil. Now it is set and forget. If I walk away, or during the pour itself, the temperature is maintained without boiling over. Oh, it did not have a that horrible lip on top that traps water. I have seen only a very little water in the bottom of the pot after draining. I did check the water temperature with my lab thermometer, and it was within one degree on the boil and on the hold. So, good quality, good performance and great looks. I will give one to my son for Christmas. Now it's just a question of how long it will last. Total time from grind to finish was 11 minutes. that included preheating the pour over pot and the cup with hot tap water.

Keep up the good work in producing this wonderful kettle. This was my first electric kettle and its still going strong after 6 months. I use it multiple times daily and its a pleasure to use. The main functions I need to access are easy and require no more than 2 button presses. Turn on, press hold to raise temp and hold, and finally long press to turn off. It heats up very quickly. interior is quality steel, so I don't need to worry about anything leeching into my water. and it looks great.

i was hesitant to buy this, my first electric kettle, because I wanted it to work for my pour over coffee and tea needs. It was a small learning curve, but once you know how to use it, using it is so easy. It is beautiful and because it sits on the counter all the time, that is a good thing. It heats up fast, has a great "hold temp" option. I love it so much. I vary the heat to temp often and that is simple to do. I would highly recommend, just note the capacity. I use this for myself, but if I needed it for more than just me it doesn't hold enough water and you'll need to heat up a few kettle fulls of water for others.

Was a bit apprehensive about moving on from my old kettle, but after scorching my morning coffee all the time, decided to get something with better temperature control. This kettle also looks stunning! Very first thing I did was disable the beeping, wow the default is annoying! As long as I keep it plugged in it remembers my last settings, which is good enough. The timer can also help to properly pace a pour over... realized my pour over was taking too long due to very fine grind. Got a proper food scale to measure amount of coffee and using this for temp control and timing the drip... my coffee cup is now amazing! As you can see in picture, the temp is slightly off, about 1-2F cooler than displayed, but I consider that acceptable for high end of temp range... coffee should be brewed between 200-205F. At lower temps (below 200F), it's spot on! Love the hold feature! It takes an extra minute or two for it to hit the temp, but that's to ensure water doesn't get too hot. Since it will hold the temp, I can walk away and come back several minutes later!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well this kettle works. It seems to heat up fast and the feature I probably like the most is the ‘hold’ feature. Once you set a temperature, the hold feature will keep the set temperature for up to two hours. Product looks nice and appears to be well built. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I’m very, very stingy with my star ratings. Overall this product is pretty darn good and I’d buy it again for a gift for someone.

I was in the market to replace my electric water kettle as I had it for a few years and it was starting to show signs of wear. One feature that I loved about my old one and would not budge on the new one was the ability to manually select the temperature I wanted to heat the water too. I use different temperatures for teas, French press coffee, etc, so that was a must for me. This product gave me that option, it looks great and there’s some great quality of life features. Not only are you able to select the temperature you need, but there’s also the option to “hold” the temperature once it’s done heating. (So you can start heating the water, step away and do something and once it’s done, kettle will keep your water at the temperature you heated it without worrying about it cooling down and needing to reheat it). You can also silence the beeps as well if you desire. I’d say the only downside of this kettle for me is the amount of water you’re able to heat. Not necessarily a big deal, but I didn’t enjoy having the ability to heat more water at once. My old one was 1.7 L and this one is .7 L if I’m not mistaken. Again, not a big deal to me personally, just something I thought I’d point out. Overall extremely satisfied with this purchase.

For the past two years, I’ve used this kettle most mornings to make tea. I’ve always appreciated how quickly it reaches the correct temperature and how well it holds specific temperatures for long periods of time. Those features worked reliably and made it easy to use every day. Unfortunately, a built in safety feature appears to have failed. The kettle is supposed to automatically shut off when there is no water left, but that did not happen earlier today. After making my morning tea, I did not realize the kettle was still on. About 30 minutes later, I started hearing loud cracking noises from the kitchen and realized the kettle was overheating. I unplugged it immediately, but the damage had already been done. As shown in the photo, the interior metal has been visibly damaged. I tried soaking it with dish soap in case it was just residue or staining, but it is clear the metal itself has been affected. At this point, the kettle no longer feels safe to use. Overall, I did get two good years out of this kettle, and for most of that time I was very happy with its performance. That said, given the cost and the failure of a critical safety feature, I am disappointed that it did not last longer and that I now need to replace it.
