These are the most amazing paints I've ever used! I tried one of the sample packs and loved them so much that I had to order these new earth tones in the large jars! I'll be ordering large jars from now on. I use these to paint my polymer clay creations, mostly pendants and pins. I took a few out to show some ladies (this is a new design for me, painting original art on the pendants, not just stamped designs). What surprised me was that the people I asked for their opinion went on and on about the beauty of the colors, the iridescent quality of the paints. Well, naturally I wanted a little more input on the design and artwork (because this was a little about me, not just the paints...) and they were impressed with that as well. But what they noticed first and commented on most was the beauty of the paint itself. So naturally I was sold, because that had impressed me as well. Whatever you paint with these paints will be beautiful! I personally can't wait to build up a complete color selection to use on not just jewelry, but also larger artwork pieces. You can't go wrong with this kind of glowing, warm, deep color. I try to write the most accurate, honest reviews that I can. Much of my shopping is done on Amazon, so I research and study the reviews before purchasing anything. I look for sellers with good reputations and products that have proved to be worth the money. This is an honest, unbiased review and am happy to be able to give you my opinion, good or bad. I do hope that it helps you make your own decision. If I find later that this product has not lived up to its claims or is somehow defective, I will edit this review and tell you the truth.

BEST PAINTS EVER! I need more. I will have more! I painted a pair of faux leather white shoes with the RED in this brand (The red wasn't in this order) and they literally look like they were red shoes to begin with. It covers so nicely and the colors are super vibrant. I use these in cosplay to paint armor and sometimes clothing. You would be amazed by how good this looks on clothing! The color sat really well on the cotton fabric I used. It did not flake, crack, chip! It did not bleed through the fabric. AND I only needed one coat to get a solid look. I absolutely LOVE these metallic colors, perfect for the metal look! I NEED ALLLLLL OF THEM! This is the best brand of paint I've used.

Had not used product for a couple of years—other jar paints were all dried up—Jacquard were like new! Am using these paints frequently and ordered some more. Really appreciate the fact that these paints stand the test of time.

Open the package and tighten the lids ASAP. Along with other Lumiere colours, the paints will be used on a reduced size Crabapple Hill "Calendula Patterdrip's Cottage" quilt. This is a long term project.
