This hair straightener is very powerful, very fast and gets hot very quickly, very useful product, I used to have one previously but this one beats it in quality

The details shows that it goes from 180f to 430f but it only goes to 230 can anyone help

I used it few times was good but all of a sudden I couldn't on it. My friend fixed it for me and i continue to use it few times again it is not starting the on button is not working. Very disappointed 😔
