It does work used it and told family could not here me snoring but bottle is small amount for use.

It tastes absolutely disgusting. Maybe helps a bit to begin with but doesn't last the night. Not totally convinced but will continue with it.

I ordered this as a bit of a last resort. My partner has been complaining that I have started snoring lately, and I know it is sinus related. I struggle to breathe at times because of my sinuses. I have awakened with a dry or sore throat occasionally. I can’t stand the nasal strips, they are uncomfortable and really don’t work.Well, this has shown promising results so far. My partner said it has helped a lot; I don’t snore as much anymore. I spray it right before bed, and occasionally (rarely) in the middle of the night again when I wake up.This spray does seem to help, and makes my throat feel better, but it tastes horrendous! It has a very strong, very nasty taste to it that takes a lot of getting used to. You are not supposed to drink after spraying it, so I have to deal with the taste. It was so bad the first time I used this that I was positive I would never use it again. However, after realizing I am getting good results with this spray I have decided it is worth putting up with the bad taste for a better night's sleep. 😴
