OK; it works, but it has similar side effects to Sildenafil (Viagra) and other PDE5 inhibitors. I sound like I know what I'm talking about, but I had weird side effects and ended up doing a deep dive into the medical research.Turns out that my cracking headache and weird visual symptoms are side effects that can also occur to conventional ED medications.So, for me, the effects were, in this order;1) I got a cracking headache.2) I noticed that some lights changed their hue - they went 'bluer', but in a kind of psychadellic way. It was weird - I've never done drugs and had never experienced anything like it before. I'll be honest, it freaked me out.3) It had the required effect on Mr Winkie. However, after 1) & 2), I was feeling a bit crap and a freaked out, which rather detracted from 3).So.... yes they work, but I must be one of the small percentage of chaps who have unfortunate side effects.

I would say these are approximately half strength to many other more expensive brands, the upside is the side effects were milder too, the indigestion was still there but much more tolerable, no headaches or vision issues either but the stuffy nose effect was quite noticeable, and the extra thirst. The heighted heart and breathing was mildly detectable. All in all pretty mild so makes this tablet a good entry level to test your results and tolerance to such supplements.The effects were still detectable for many hours, similar to Cialis but faded quicker than other brands as you may expect with a 'half dose'. This helps offset the slow ingestion a little as you could take it a good while in advance and it would still be active when the situation arises.The other downside was because its in hard tablet form the dispersal is very slow, even on a empty stomach with lots of water, it took nearly 2 hours in me to really take effect. I am going to try grinding one up into powder to take or see if the powder is water soluble.The one thing that can't be ignored is the value so the review star it lost to weak dosage and slow ingestion it gains back for pure value. Recomended if you want a little help or an introduction to male performance supplements.

I've sampled quite a few varieties of these natural performance enhancers as part of the Vine programme. Most consist of a similar combination of natural ingredients including Ginseng and certain mushroom extracts. Most come in capsules full of grey or brown powder and the majority work well. So blue tablets was a novelty.My expectations of these were low to be honest. Partly because you get a massive 40 tablets for a similar price to many others that only offer packs of 10 and partly because the Ginseng content is quite low. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised. I took one tablet, with food (others all say to take on an empty stomach) and after an hour or so, it was apparent they were working when prompted in the right places!I did get the slightly wired/weird feeling around my eyes and the usual thirst you get with these products but nothing out of the ordinary and the single tablet kept working for several hours. Based on my experience I would certainly order again as they work just as well as the much more expensive competitors .I liked especially that they are made in the UK and arrive in a plain blue wrapper and unusually have an actual instruction leaflet inside with all the relevant warnings etc so you are not straining to read miniscule writing on the back of the box. All in all, excellent and a worthy 5 stars.

Wise to read the enclosed leaflet prior to ingestion.Taken on an empty stomach with approx half litre of water ( in the morning). Effects felt after approx 20 minutes. They worked well. I think the term would be, " gave alot of support". Can be tough being a male I guess.Enough said, my wife & I had a fun couple of hours. To me, that's what it's all about. Happiness & fun.No side effects noticed.
