APPEARANCE: The gold frame trimming the white looks nice, particularly when not turned on (when it is on, the light makes it difficult to see as I look directly at it, so there is not much to see). The flush mount gives it a clean look.LIGHTING: This lamp is more directional, as it shines down but not out to the sides. The bare bulb that we had before lit up more of the sides of the room. For a small (10 by 10ft.) room this works well, but if you have a larger space, you might find that it leaves the corners dark. If you look at the photo you will see the size of the room.As regards the light color, I like that it has a switch with three different settings. I moved it to the most warm setting, and I am happy with it – on the other side it is too “white” for my liking.INSTALLATION: I am not an electrician, although I was taught by one, and I found the installation relatively easy. I didn’t need to look at the instructions as it was all self-explanatory. There is no bracket apart from the frame of the lamp, but there are two sets of slots that can line up with whatever you need to attach to. Being a flush mount makes it a little more difficult to get everything lined up, but it didn’t take me long.

I chose this light because I loved the look of it and the light switching capabilities, however, I returned it because I didn’t like how it lit up the room.Loved that this light was beautiful, had some weight to it so you could tell it was high quality, and it was easy to install. The ability to change from cool, warm, and daylight lighting was intuitive and I loved it.I ended up returning it because no matter what setting it’s on, the lighting is too clinical. It emits a lot of blue light and it’s extremely bright in the worst way. My eyes would hurt every time I entered the room. I deducted one star from my review for this.My other complaint, which was stated in the description and obvious from the photos so I should have realized, is that all of the light emits from the bottom of this light fixture. This causes a dark shadow around the rest of the room. When I look at myself in the mirror or look at other people in the room, there’s a dark shadow cast over whatever side of the face is opposite the light, which is honestly creepy and depressing.If none of that bothers you or you’re already used to LEDs and downward pointing lights, then I do recommend the light as it’s well made and was easy to install.

This is a beautiful black and gold flush mount ceiling light....Really pretty when it's turned off during the day. It looks really high end. I thought I would love it but I've recently decided after trying several new lights that I'm just not a fan of LED lighting. Some people love them...love the bright white grayish tones of this type of lighting. Personally, I've found they hurt my eyes and distort color. I'm giving this light 5 stars because it does what it says it does and some people love it. But not for me. I miss the soft lighting of the old 60-75 watt incandescent light bulbs. I know they're a thing of the past but until they can duplicate that softness with an LED I won't be trying anymore of them. Sorry, not a fan.

This is an Edwarmlux brand LED flush mount ceiling light fixture. It is 12.5 inches in diameter and I ordered the white gold color.I like that it has three color adjustments (warm white, cool white and daylight). You can pick which color you want just by toggling the light switch on and off until you get the color you want.This fixture was easy to install and all the hardware needed was provided. I placed it in our bedroom and it works great.

The kit comes with everything you need to get it up and running right out of the box.The black and copper finish that I chose feels posh when viewed from a distance. If you are mounting this in the ceiling, most might mistake the frosted light housing for glass. This is not a bad thing as glass would be much heavier and easier to break.At $60 MSRP, this light fixture might do the trick.

This was perfect for our home office as a ceiling light. It was easy to install, has a touch of weight to it so it's decent quality, and has 3 light temperature options. It looks more expensive than it is, which is a nice bonus!
