This was a gift for my son and he says that it is wonderful. The best present he ever received. We played it and it was fun. Great adventures.

I am not really a fan of this. Full disclosure, I don't actually play the game. I really only get these to paint the miniatures. This may have new content as far as the game is concerned, but the miniatures are all reissues. I ended up giving it to my son so he could paint these as he expressed interest in painting while watching me paint. He did have fun painting these and we were able to compare his paint job to the miniatures that I painted of the same figures in either other expansions or the original Dark Souls Board Game. I feel like the Dark Souls universe has so much to offer that there is really no reason to just rehash the same content. Feels like a hollow (pun intended) cash grab.
