Too strong for me but supplements affect everyone differently.
Why did you choose this product over others?: Too strong for me. I hoped it might help with depression but instead it gave me horrible anxiety. That's not to say there's anything wrong with it but this supplement is known to work for some and can cause a negative reaction in others. It won't go to waste because folate is very beneficial and I will break it into halves or quarters and use it sparingly. You just need to be cautious with this because the dose is so high.

Unclear information - possibly dangerous
Here the tablets are described as 1 tablet per week. On the bottle I have received it says to take 1 tablet daily! This is a very high dose to take daily - but if it is not designed as a weekly dose it would be a waste of time to take one a week!! I don't want to risk overloading my system or waste my time taking something once a week that should be taken daily. Company need to improve their labelling either here or on their bottles. Returned for a full refund.
