Got these new Nite Ize G-Series SlideLock Dual Chamber Carabiners in just recently and I am impressed. I have had several Nite Ize products in the past and they have always been extremely durable and long lasting. I really like this design way above and beyond the S-Biner type clips because it seems like it is much less likely that either your equipment or cordage will slip out of this carabiner then with the ease that something could in fact possibly slide right out of the S-style clips if contacted in just a certain way that the second exposed spring clip were to be depressed. With this G-style clip the secondary loop spring is located on the inside of the loop and therefore in my opinion in a more secure location.

I've been using the Nite-Ize S-Biner carabiners for keys and other things for a while now. They've held up great but they do have the tendency to open the bottom (key) section when unexpected, leading to items falling and potentially being lost. This G design solves this problem as the items must get through an internal gate then the main gate as well to be able to fall. The gates close very securely.No reason to doubt the reliability as my original S-biners have lasted for years now; these feel of the same materials so am looking forward to using them for years as well.
