Good quality printing
A good quality printer with all the bells and whistles needed to produce excellent results. The setup is a little time consuming, but the step-by-step procedures are easy to follow.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e - great price, great product - wish Chromebooks & Google system was better!
Be careful of using any Chromebook or the rubbish Google system, this does not easily link up to the HP app - so easy, however, with a Windows PC. Printer is doing everything I want, and the HP ink monthly payment system, including tracking and sending of cartridges, activated straight away - good service and product.

Don't waste your money, inconsistent at best
Piece of junk, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it eats the paper, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it connect wireless, sometimes it doesn't, even when switched to a dedicated IP When it does it work, it operates like a cheap low end printer, quality is questionable, paper feed is hit and miss and its just another waste of money The hp smart app is equally useless and the instant ink plan is a rip off.

Problematic
Ongoing problems, especially after software updates. Wouldn’t print envelopes from the tray, printed address details on plain paper from letter tray. Paper jams when there’s no paper in it. Haven’t used once where we could not just print.

A good product
A really good printer although the cartridges are expensive to replace. I have had many cheap printers in the past and they have always been a pain after a while. This printer is in a different league. I always works and gives a good image.

Great home / small office inkjet printer
Great home / small office printer. Have used an earlier version of this model for over 5 years and had very few issues — better than any other printer I’ve ever had. Add the HP instant ink automatic cartridge shipment program for a seamless operation. I typically print about 150-200 pages per month — all wirelessly. The HP Smart app makes the whole system work well.

I've had the printer around three weeks. I'm impressed with the quality of items printed and scanned.
