I’ve been using this product for about eight months, and we absolutely love it. For our busy household, which enjoys iced drinks, this ice maker has been perfect. It quickly produces a small batch of ice in just 10 minutes, and if you give it 30 to 40 minutes, you’ll have a lot more. When the ice bin is full, we often transfer the ice to the freezer to stock up, so we don't have to keep getting the machine out. It's not noisy and is fairly compact, fitting nicely on our countertop. It's very easy to use, and I would 100% recommend it as great value for money.

nice one - always handy when you need ice. Ice "cubes" are not as large as expected, but just ok. and it's not cubes as you can see on the images. ;o) Fast enough to cover small party up to 5-7 people with ongoing ice. Sometimes you might forget to turn it off and in the morning you can find the machine full of ice. They are melting but not very fast and machine keep going to produce ice from melted water. Also, suggesting to use Filtered water or boiled ( cold ) water. With Boiled Water the cubes are more cleaner, transparent, then white frosted.

A quick calculation indicated I was spending over £50 a year on ice from the supermarket which may not be a lot but not having any in the freezer when you want some is a pain hence the purchase. The first ice cubes (small bullet shapes actually) from start up come out after about ten minutes so not bad and then it keeps popping them out in batches until the reservoir runs out or you switch it off. Can be a bit noisy when running if you have it in a living area like open plan kitchen lounge area. All in all decent machine that does what it was bought for as long as you don't need vast quantities for a large party.

Great item to use quick and easy ice

Makes great ice cubes very quickly. Nice and compact and very good value

The product was ok for the money and is compact however even the large cube setting has small ice cubes which melt rather fast in a drink meaning you need quite a few of them. The whole process takes time so be prepared for this. 6 to 13 minutes is for 9 ice cubes.

I treated myself to a counter ice machine, and I can say, it's great, it's takes 15 minutes and you have a machine full of ice. Brilliant, it's quite whilst working, and looks really smart sitting on my counter, and a decent price as well, I'd definitely recommend

A solid, easy to use Ice machine, takes about 90mins to use up a full deposit of water. Ice cubes (even on the large settings) are smaller than expected but more than useable. No other issues really, just a reallu simple, easy to use machine.
