Sturdy, easy to set-up, requires two people (maybe one, but I'm not that great). My only complaint is that the mattress moves away from where is should be. Leaving a ravine down one side of the bed near the wall. My pillow just falls down. I would've liked if the mattress retainer was a bit further in and speaking of. Because of where the retainer is. You can clip your shins on them and it can leave a nice dent/cut. Other than that it took me about an hour to fully build and was ready to sleep on it afterwards too. I have had it for a while now. There is minimal creaking (essentially none), it's strong and supports heavy people, the size is massive and I get a great night sleep with the extra room with my partner and baby who manage take the majority of the bed space but still leaving me with enough to rest. This is a must buy for the price and if you hate creaky wooden beds that break easily. This will do you.

Such a lovely bed. I built it completely myself in two hours but did it slowly. The instructions are super clear and even remind you not to do the bolts up fully at each stage. I went round and redid them all at the end. Spare screws etc and handy tools too. Would definitely recommend this bed and especially for the price. It's so sturdy too

After sleeping for many months on a cheap, squeeky bed, I had specific requirements for it's replacement. Style, colour, strength and cost. I read the reviews and decided to take a gamble on this despite it being substantially cheaper than others I looked at. The bed arrived in one box and when I opened it, I was surprised at how many parts there were. Instructions were clear and easy to understand with all parts, including the hardware, clearly labelled and assembly took a little over an hour with my young son helping where he could. Once fully assembled the bed is rock solid. No movement, squeeking or anything and I really like how many supporting 'legs' there are underneath. The bed is very nice quality and looks like I paid double of what I did. All in all, taking in to account the quality of the finish and the price, this bed is amazing value for money! Would recommend!

i was a little worried because a small number of reviews said they had missing items and/or poorly manufactured items which stopped them being able to assemble the bed. thankfully i didnt have any such issues. As flat pack furniture goes, there are a lot of parts and it can seem overwhelming when you first unbox them but its actually fairly easy - even the parts which said they require two people i managed to build solo. Best tip in the instructions is not to screw everything in tightly until the bed is fully assembled, it makes the build much easier. Style wise for the price, as some have said, the screws are a little ugly but overall its nice looking. Build wise, it feels very solid and even when i had to turn it on its side so i could move a wardrobe and drawers it felt very sturdy.

Easy to assemble Sturdy Well made Good price

I ordered this bed on a Friday evening, it was delivered 2 days later, it comes in one box, very well packaged, I checked it before starting to put the bed together, nothing missing, in fact there was extra screws etc, I put it together by myself, pleased that it has 5 supports, where my last bed only had one in the centre of the frame, it's sturdy, easy to put together, I did it by myself, not bad for a 60 year old, I highly recommend getting this bed, it's smart looking, not flimsy, it's quality.

Excellent! Very impressed definitely good value for money, the frame is thick and tough and looks great too. So far haven’t had any issues and it’s so far not squeaky. It did take me slightly longer to put together then I expected but there was a lot of bolts and screws then some frames you buy but they help make it more sturdy then others, and I also put it together on my own so if you’ve got help it will be even easier. Would definitely recommend and buy again 👍
