I do find these are easier to clean compared to the old aluminum trays I had. The color is beautiful and matches my minimalist, neutral colored cookware. Lastly love the different size options. So far I am really loving these pans. They are very easy to clean, nothing sticks! They bake evenly and they cool off quickly which is great for baking cookies. The set nest neatly and compact. Overall a great replacement set.
