Bought to take on my cruise. Very light weight, quiet, small, and the fan quality was excellent. It was definitely more powerful than I thought it would be. Fan had three different setting (low, medium, high).

I have two of these fans. One for travel and one for work. I go on mission trips yearly where there is no AC and this fan is always with me. At work, it is always on my desk! This is a nice 3-speed desk fan. Pretty thin, easy to stash away. There's no battery, so you have to keep it plugged in. It comes with a USB-C cable, but you'll need your own wall adapter if you want to plug straight into a regular outlet. It has good airflow even at the lowest speed (easily felt beyond an arm's reach) and it is quiet enough that it's basically silent if there's any amount of other ambient noise. The 2nd and 3rd speeds are much louder and the airflow is much stronger. The only downside is that it can tip easily if you aren't careful with the fan base angle. It's kind of top heavy. Overall, for the price, it's great!
