C502 Original Cree XM-L2 U3 LED 1000 Lumen Single Mode Mini Portable Tactical Flashlight Bright Torch with Clip

If you're looking for a light with a dozen modes, adjustable bobbins, and 999,999,999 lumen, this light is NOT for you. To me, this is the perfect no frills light that just works. Nice and bright - not quite as tight of a hot spot as some lights but still plenty to reach out. Good quality/feeling tail cap switch. Oh, and the body is just about 1" and should fit well in a scope ring if you wanted to mount the light. The threaded sections have nicely cut threads and are sealed with "O" rings. The "pocket" clip has a bit to be desired but the light is a bit on the large side for carrying clipped to the pocket anyway. I'm running some reclaimed 1800mAh batteries from from a laptop cell and I'm easily getting a couple hours run time. I like the light enough that I bought a second one!

i bought like 6 of these a few years an at that time this flashlight zoomed in an out creating a nice smaller beam, so i decided to purchase a few more thinking they are the same flashlight i bought a few years ago but they aren't, but i didn't return them - there ok but i'm glad i still have 3 from the first time i got em, i won't be buying anymore of them tho

Great light, very bright, love the fact that it's ON/OFF, no stupid 5078 diff. light modes. :) It does get warm if it's on for a while, batt. life isn't great, and the batt. are not "standard" batt. you would find at the store, BUT.. you can find a pack of 20 batt. on Amazon for about 20 bucks.

it sure is bright, I can see clearly outside for about 70 yards. be advised tho that it will get hot after a few minutes of constant running.
