This is honestly the worst product I have ever bought. I ordered the Ambrane Force 20k Powerbank on 18th August 2025 and received it on 19th August 2025. Within a few days, I noticed it was not giving the proper backup as mentioned in the product details.I immediately informed the company and also mailed them on 25th August 2025. Instead of replacing the product as clearly written in their policy, they insisted on fixing it. This is highly disappointing because when a company promises replacement, customers expect them to honor that.The product performance is far below expectations, and the after-sales service is unreliable. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Charging point is not proper need to exchange other power backup

I bought it after lot research and comparison with othera in market. My need was higher capacity, less weight and size so I can keep it in my pocket and take this in my hiking and multi day trekking trips and it performs well all in those.But but but after using it for 6+ months what u realise even though capacity is 20k its not able charge my Samsung S21FE 4500mah capacity, or thrice that too half.I don't why it's same case with other phones In trips maximum I can charge 2-3 phones with similar Capacity where I expect it last little longer.Good thing is fast charging for my works well with Green Light is indicator of that, and when I charge in that model which come by default. Reduction of capacity of power bank accelerate like anything.Initially I thought it's due to -ve temperature in my treks, but I saw simlar results in normal altitude and temperature. I have used MI 20K capacity power bank which is heavy and bulky but atleast that was able to deliver 20K output with 4-5 charges atleast.
