I was searching for a sturdy currency binder to hold the coins & bills collected from traveling..... and this one was perfect!!! It's heavy and well made with both coin sheets and bill sheets included.

Needless to say, this is quite an upgrade from the old shoebox! This book is well made, with nice design and thoughtful features. The bookcover itself is a good thickness and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. The smooth velvet interior keeps it classy, while the sturdy plastic sleeves and zipper feel decent enough quality. The rings function well, and the reinforced edges should make for a lasting home for your coin collection.The only consideration that I'd note is that the cover is not leather, which, to be clear, was not my expectation. If you're looking for heirloom quality construction, or for something that will hold up to daily transport, anticipate paying dearly for that. That said, at this price ($28.99 at time of review) I'm happy with the materials and value.

The metal holding the book together snapped almost immediately. Not worth buying.

It arrived in perfect condition - no damages or scratches. This was perfect for organizing my coins, which were basically just sitting in a box. The folder came with sufficient sheets to put my coins into. I like the fact that I can order additional sheets from the same seller - hopefully they will match/be the same as what was provided with the folder purchase.

This is a great tool to protect your valuable coin & bill collection. It arrived damage free. Upon inspection, everything appears as it should. The 'binder' rings are durable and interlock snugly. The plastic protector pages are quality made and appear clear & transparent. It was easy to insert my coins & bills. These are advertised as acid free. Time will tell. I'll open this periodically to check on the bills stored inside, to see if there is any reaction on the bill paper. I would recommend throwing in a couple dessicant packs in.The outer 'book' construction appears solid. The zipper is durable & functional. The carrying handle is a nice bonus. This is advertised as waterproof. I'm dubious about this claim. I could see water/humidity exposure as a potential weak spot here.Overall, I'm pleased so far. The value for the price is solid and it's a no brainer if you don't already have one of these.

I had one of those cheap books I got on sale at Hobby Lobby. It worked fine until I added more and more to the collection. It got to the point where I gave up and started adding the ones I wanted to keep in a cup. I saw this and knew it would be perfect. It holds both coins and bills and the material, both the plastic slots and the binder itself, is made with high quality material. Its great for beginner collectors and long time collectors! This is one of those purchases I won't beat myself up over. I'm so glad I got it!

Great starter folder for my small coin collection!Obviously not something for extremely high-end coin collectors, but this does the job and then some for the collection I've made over many years. I collect random semi-rare coins, and as my father and I do this together as a hobby, we mostly just show each other the finds we come across rather than make this a serious endeavor.This folder is great for our joint collection! The pockets have little covers to keep the coins in place, the plastic sheets are a decent quality though not the thickest, and the zipper and outer case quality are all very good as well. The binder clip portion is typical, so you want to be careful and not too rough with it opening and closing.All in all, does the job great for us amateur coin collectors!

The coin album itself is perfect, but the middle part that holds it together is bent. I tried to bend them back, but when you turn the pages, they come lose every time. This was a birthday gift for my wife that just lost her father a couple of months ago and inherited his old coins. I was disappointed.
