Great price, functions well for stone setting, pedal is stiff
I am overall very happy with this. I am a stone setter and this is a game changer for me. No more wobble in my burs. But the foot pedal is hard to press. I took it apart and removed the spring and now it works better, but not excellent. If the foot pedal were better I would say 6 stars!

Stopped working after 1.5 months
Was delivered February 12, stopped working on March 28th. Return window is closed, so I’ve messaged the seller. Hoping they will see this too. Could have just been faulty, because I did notice it was very slow even on the highest setting, but I thought different brands, different speeds, I don’t know. Just wanting a replacement.

Love it!
This is the best rotary tool I've ever used and I have used several. The quick change tool system is SO much better than other units requiring wrenches. It does not have a ton of torque compared to many other units but that's a worth while trade for the stuff I do. Your not going to hog away with a large diameter cutting wheel with this unit. It's also very quiet, like massively more quiet than any dremel for instance. Like 1/10th the noise if I had to throw a number out. Not even as loud as the air driven units at the dentist. I really do love this thing. One of the best "cheap" tools I've ever purchased.

Came with a factory defect.
I had this unit and tested it right out of the box. It comes with no manual. I put a tool in and started to carve on some wood. In a minute or two I started to lose rpms. Uped the rpm dial and it responeded. Had it up all the way and it totally lost power. The unit would not respond. I put in an Amazon request for a replacement. So I noticed that the unit came with spare brushes. So I assumed it used the same motor configuration as my router. I had a replacement coming I played with it. Had nothing to lose. I took the brushes out of the unit and cleaned the ends with an emory board. A typical fix for motor brushes. The machine now runs like a champ.I'll keep it. For 56 bucks it will do for me what a $400 unit will do.

I love this machine now that I got the hang of it. I thank you so much for the prompt communication. Thank you again!

Absolute Trash
The motor does have decent torque for the price. A cutting wheel cut through 3mm thick mouthguard material with no issues, but I now have two units that have failed within 15 minutes of using a carbide bur and/or sanding brush/wheel. It seems that if the unit is put in reverse (yes, I ensured the handpiece was off and the bur was properly chucked before reversing), it stops working. I guess the price really is too good to be true. Unfortunately this unit is just not reliable for anything other than very occasional hobby use.
