Good B Complex! For years, I was soooo lax about taking vit B Complex at the advice from my chiropractor. I made up all kinds of excuses... and I always had extreme headaches that lasted 3 days with my periods, and lots of other issues. When I got older, I had low blood pressure and thought it was only hereditary. I read that taking vit B12 helps to raise it.. so I tried this B Complex and feel better~ I can tell that it is working~ when I stand up after squatting for a moment( to change the music since I am a dancer) I no longer get dizzy~ HOW AWESOME is that?

I’m very impressed with Life Extension BioActive Complete B-Complex. It provides a comprehensive range of B vitamins in one convenient supplement, making it a good choice for supporting healthy energy metabolism and normal brain and nervous-system function. One thing I particularly like is the use of bioactive forms of several B vitamins, rather than relying only on basic forms. The vegetarian capsules are also convenient, and with 60 capsules per bottle, it is easy to incorporate into a daily supplement routine.

Excellent quality. I feel much more energetic, and my memory and mental focus seem noticeably sharper.

Be careful if you're sensitive to niacin. I had to switch to a different brand because of the reaction. Other than that these were good.

Works as expected!

Product was fine but there was a mammoth black widow in my Amazon bag when I opened it and had put my hand in the bag, thankfully I decided to dump it out instead before seeing the spider run across my counter. Must have been in the warehouse.

I’m happy with this Life Extension B-complex. I like the forms of B vitamins used in the formula and the dosages, which were important to me when choosing a supplement. My experience taking it has been good, and I haven’t had any issues. Overall, I’m satisfied with my choice.

This is probably my 4th bottle. I take 2 at about 7 every morning because i have issues with energy throughout the day and I will say, on the days I remember to take them I am awake and alert all day. No caffeine needed. Take it early and by bedtime you will be ok. I have long days and I'm still up and cognitively functional till nearly midnight.

ビタミン目的で購入しましたがその後妊娠が発覚し、日本ではあまりないメタル葉酸が入っていると知りめちゃくちゃ重宝しています！匂いと残り香がちょっと強烈ですがそれがあっても少なからず妊娠中は飲み続けようと思います！ このサプリの効果ではないと思いますが飲み始めて初めのタイミング法で授かれたので知らず知らずだったけど飲んでて良かった！
