You have to construct the hats, and the elastic chin straps kept falling out from the holes. Other than that, it was good quality and served their purpose.

Description not accurate!
Description says 12 cone hats but I only got 8. Went back to read, and one description said 12 while the other says 8. Had to tape hats on the inside together to hold them. The sticker that attached the pom-pom to hat is pretty flimsy; had to hot glue them together.

Too small. They were made for 1-2 years old kids.

The hats had to be taped and even then , didn’t stay together. Wasted money.
