Broke a few days after we got it
The kitty on the commercial plays and plays with this toy. It appears to be very sturdy. But the wand that comes out of the top broke off at the base and left the connector in the toy. I tried to contact the seller to see if I could get a replacement wand. They never responded.

Strictly ballroom
It is a solidly made product but the balls do not go around freely. I'm going to try prying them out and sanding them down a bit.

I found a keeper!!
The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly as all you need to do is clip the feather on the circle end and pop it into the top of the base. All the balls are included and jungle as they spin. Winnie says it’s a 10/10 and thanks momma for his new present lol my baby kitty ❤️ I really like how I don’t need to plug it in for the toy to be interactive as the bottom is rounded and works on both hard wood floor and carpet. If your looking for something worth your money this toy is it so take it from me when I say your furbaby will thank you too! I was getting ready to shop for a new addition to my tiny family and knew I had to get some cool interactive toys. This instantly caught my attention as I didn’t need to charge the device or put batteries in for the toy to be interactive. It’s a 2 tier ball chaser. One tier has jingle bells inside the balls and the other tier has no jingle bells but still makes the clinking noise. The rounded bottom keeps them more interested in it as it moves around while they play. Love the top feather piece as that’s what draws them in. It’s a decent size for a 2 tier ball chaser. It’s lightweight and easy to put away. Definitely love this toy and how it’s been holding up between not 1 kitty but 2 crazy kitties.

Not Great
I really wanted to like this as it seemed like it would really appeal to my cat. He's an extremely playful 4 year old dude. He loves any sort of balls that make noise as he bats at them, feathers, and things that move. This toy seemed awesome! However, he hasn't been super interested in it despite my attempts to play with him, using silver vine powder, and it being things he seems to really like. It's a bit large and clunky which I think is part of the problem. It doesn't really move super well and the plastic looks a bit faded (which is more of a me problem as if he used it, I wouldn't care as much). It seems safe and he did bat at it a bit, but it's been ignored mostly despite me giving him a few days and attempting to get him going with it a few times. I work in cat behavior so I might try this next time I have a client with kittens or a larger cat to see if their cats enjoy it, but I was pretty disappointed. That said, it does seem sturdy and put together well so that was a positive as I didn't feel it would instantly fall apart or hurt him!

Cute
Cute toy i got for my new kitten. She loves bells so it was just perfect for her. Was pretty much out together which I loved. Hope my kitten loves it. Overall very stable. Did come with a stain on top and a piece of hair so may have been used before.

I have some safety concerns...
This toy arrived packed very securely, and yet when I unpacked and unwrapped it, one of the yellow balls was broken and a very tiny bell was rolling around the bubble wrap holder it was in. The yellow balls do not seal well. Think plastic Easter eggs, but round instead of egg shaped. Two of my cats are very aggressive and determined to pull balls out of track toys, so I am a bit concerned about the potential of having a small bell fly out that is definitely small enough for my kitties to swallow. If you get this toy, I highly recommend keeping a closer eye on it and your fur babies than you might for other toys. Because it wobbles, (because gravity) the balls all wind up on the side of the toy that is hanging closest to the ground, so it seems a little difficult for the cats to really push the balls around in the track. My one cat seems most interested in the feather toy on top, rather than the rest of it. It was VERY hard to attach the feather to the rest of the toy. The clasp is too small to easily clip on to the thicker plastic piece it is meant to attach to.

The cats love it!
The media could not be loaded. My cats were interested from the moment I brought the box inside! Once I took it out of the box, the only step needed was attaching the little feather antenna thing.I obviously hadn’t read the instructions because I was unaware it was on a rocking base, which is one of the ways it sets itself apart from the many other circular track ball cat toys (there are four others in my house, as we have a lot of permanent feline residents, as well as in and out foster kittens). The fact that the balls jingle is something the cats are really enjoying - they get pulled in by the feather, and they stick around for the jingles. Five stars for sure!

Most interested in the feather, not the balls...
I have a new kitten, so she needs some toys. This one is made with with sturdy, durable plastic and a feather jangle. My kitten (so far) is only interested in the feather (which won't last long), so it will be interesting to see what she does when the feather's been fully "hunted." I do plan to foster more kittens, so maybe this will also be good for multiple kitten play.I would recommend this, with a 5-Star rating for a quality product.
