Great brand, excellent quality. Worth it!
So silly that we need to import FLOUR from Italy just to not have glyphosate and other additives in our flour. I've been learning to bake breads with a mix of Type 00 and Manitoba flour, the quality is good and the bread is delicious.I always thought I had some kind of gluten allergy because most bread makes me feel sick and bloated, since baking my own bread I no longer feel that way and I can tolerate it without any issues. It really makes you wonder why we're putting all that "enriched" stuff in everything made and sold in the US. After trying this out I bought some imported pastas from Italy too! Next I'm going to try making pizza dough with this. 👌🏼Update: Pizza dough was so good! 🔥

MAGICAL!
I think this flour may be MAGICAL. I have instincts about stuff and it's usually right. When I got this in the mail and came onto it's presence, it BLEW ME AWAY. Please tell me - what is the secret. This might be the best in the world. HOW do you make this happen. Maybe it should get the Nobel Peace Prize and I haven't even baked with it yet. OMG. Are you sure this is real. I believe it came in that box, I opened it, and it gave me a big hug. Thank you for this.

Last time I was in Italy I resolved to use Italian flour from here on out. It's just better.

Cost highly, but good flour
The media could not be loaded. Good flour for pizza. A bit overpriced, but that's the cost of type 00 flour today. Tastes great, smell fine, easy to bake, works well in the oven without a pizza oven. Needs better packaging to maintain the 11lbs. I got 10.80 lbs.
