I’ve been using this chair and I’m really impressed with the comfort and support it offers. The adjustable lumbar support is a huge plus it helps keep my posture in check during long hours at the desk. The breathable mesh back keeps things cool, and the flip up armrests are super convenient when I want to slide the chair under the desk or just have more space.Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy and well built. This chair is as pictured. It fits great at the desk we have. The arms lift up for ease of use. The color is great. The material is perfect. It’s soft. It’s comfortable and it was very easy to put together. The back support is great definitely worth the money.

I'll be honest, I doubt I've ever worked somewhere that I've had a $500 chair at my desk - so I'll admit I have no idea what that's like - lol - but this chair is 100% better than most I've used. I was very impressed that the bottom piece that the wheels attach to (with the arms) is metal. Most are plastic and this was a wonderful surprise. Makes it seem more solid. Heavier.Very comfy, but I went in knowing this was not a "short chair for a short person". I'm 5'1" and if the chair is high enough for the desk/keyboard then my tip toes touch the floor. It is what it is, but I'll get something to put my feet on. I currently have the chair lowered a bit and while my arms are not at the optimal level for the keyboard, it works okay.My only complaint is that the lumbar support (while it is moveable and slides up and down) is not removable. I wish it was as I feel it's a bit stiff and not quite right. I've gotten more used to is, but buyer beware. I feel that if I want it "out" we'll have to permanently remove it with force. The suggestion I have for the manufacturue - make it an option to remove.But the quality is there, the color is good and yes, otherwise it's very comfy on my tooshie to sit on.

Great computer chair! I work from home some days and this chair is the perfect mix of comfortable and ergonomically perfect. The wheels are super sturdy and aren’t cheap flimsy plastic which is great and even works good on my carpet. I like how the arms fold up so I can slide the chair under my desk. Great size, store sturdy and my back doesn’t hurt!

I've used now for a few days. The initial uncomfortableness became downright unusable for my purpose, which is to use it as a computer desk chair for extended time. There is very pronounced lumbar support, but the mid/upper back support is too far curved/flared out, so I end up leaning back quite a bit. The overall back curvature is not ergonomically correct. Perhaps it can be ok as a conference chair for short period of time, but not as a computer desk chair since this leaning back of the upper back would lead to rounded shoulder and forward neck posture when actively using desk computer.Also in assembling, one of the screw to attach the right arm would not go in straight all the way, thereby creating a gap between the seat and arm. The left arm is ok (see photo to compare). I need to return, but am having difficulty detaching the legs from the seat.This is one of those products people go by nice looks, mindlessly eager to leave a good review while failing to point out the critical functionalities. Obviously I'm disappointed and upset if cannot disassemble and return.
