Very CHEAP stitching
SO disappointed!I've had my eye on this bag for a long time and finally decided to buy it. I loved the look and feel of the bag material. But that's it.Zipper were very flimsy! AND when I went to use it for the first time, with my laptop and other gear (not extremely heavy), the top strap came out completely, and one of the shoulder straps started coming undone with its stitching.THIS PRODUCT should NOT be on Amazon. Such cheap quality. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.Already initiated return. Again, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
