Great for heavy periods!
Goodbye pads and tampons! I got these for my period, which is heavy for 2-3 days. I usually go through so many tampons a day, even if they're super. I saw some ladies on social media say they started using these for their periods so I wanted to give it a chance.I did feel silly when these arrived last month. But last night my period came a little early in my sleep, and it was SUCH a relief to change into these in the middle of the night instead doubling a tampon and pad and dealing with all the waste from the packaging. I pulled these on and went back to sleep so fast!Don't have shame, ladies! These feel SO comfortable! Its not bulky, it doesn't make any sound. It's not much different than wearing underwear with an overnight pad. But it's way more absorbent and no worries about leaking through your heavy flow. Run small
I never took these things seriously until I had a friend who used them. So I bought a package and put it in my closet and continued my use of panty liners, which were not really working. Then I had hip surgery and was not able to get to the restroom quickly. So I pulled the package out and tried one. Wow! So comfortable! So convenient! They hold a bladder full and never leak. They don't show bulges thru my clothes. Everything stays in place. I'm a believer!Update: these run small, even if you follow their sizing guide. Upsize, otherwise they will be difficult to get on.

They do what they are meant to do.
Well, considering what they are intended to do....they work flawlessly. Old ladies like my MIL can just let it flow....let it flow.... My only gripe about these is that they stink. Brand new, they make me want to gag. Otherwise, they save a lot of cleanup.

Helps my fiancé feel secure
My fiancé was embarrassed to get these but they help her a lot in managing her symptoms. She will sometimes leak without realizing it, and other times she is unable to get to a bathroom in time. They help her feel secure, especially when we’re traveling and may have limited access to restrooms. It gives me tremendous piece of mind knowing that if she has an accident she won’t be in an embarrassing situation.
