Loved the colour and the high quality

Surprised my friend for her birthday. It was so spacious, sturdy, easy to use and carry arround, and great value for money. The pictures don't do it justice.She could fit in a pair of shoes, a change of clothes, a laptop and other things for work, toiletries and a makeup pouch. She's happy with it.I love it so much, I'm getting one for myself.

I purchased this luggage set with high hopes of saving some money, but what I received was a bundle of disappointment and frustration.First off, the inner zipper of the largest suitcase decided to call it quits on its very first outing. Yes, you read that correctly—on its FIRST use! I hadn't even managed to get through the initial leg of my journey. The shoddy craftsmanship on display here is nothing short of infuriating.But the fun didn't stop there. As if the broken zipper wasn't enough, the wheels on the largest suitcase had their own agenda. Trying to roll the luggage felt like trying to push a stubborn mule up a hill. And before you ask, no, it wasn't carrying a ton of bricks; it was just a mere 23 kg of luggage! The wheels were anything but free-moving, and I found myself having to wrestle with my luggage like it was an uncooperative toddler.To add insult to injury, my international travels meant that returning this disaster of a luggage set was simply not an option. I am now stuck with this low-quality nightmare, a constant reminder of the ill-fated decision I made. I shudder to think of the numerous future trips I will have to endure with this subpar luggage set.In conclusion, I urge anyone considering this luggage set to steer clear. The allure of a lower price tag simply isn't worth the headaches and frustrations that come with it. I've learned my lesson the hard way—Samsonite's quality is worth every penny, and I will never stray from it again. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a brand that values craftsmanship and reliability. This luggage set is an utter disappointment.

Only used this suitcase once thusfar and it was great! It arrived in excellent condition. There was no problems with the zips, the internal compartments and the external shell.The lock worked perfectly and the instructions, to set the code, were easy to follow. The case is light and I had no issues with the wheels and handle.

Bought last minute as I needed a new case as the one I bought last year was returned to the retailer I purchased it from as I had issues with the the locking device which was faulty…This one looks pretty sturdy and stylish for the amount paid inside looks really good tooSplit case but has a zip flap to retain one half.. really good value

One trip and the zip broke on the return journey So will probably have to buy something a bit more robust

It all seems good before it falls into the hands of baggage handlersIt is well priced and well made with a good YUK zip. Internal fittings are also good and the four wheels will take the effort out of moving it

Just used this for first time loads of space moved easily & looks good also
