having used this cutter on 1 occasion with the grass cutter blade which was fine. I then changed to the hedge trimmer blade to check and that performed ok.On returning back to the grass cutting blade after lubricating and recharging the cutter I know find that the grass cutting blade is not cutting grass at all. I have also checked the bolts on the blade. This was to be used for cutting grass at a graveside but unfortunately in my opinion it is unusable.

This cordless hedge/grass trimmer is lightweight probably be easy to use if it didn't keep jamming everytime you tried trimming the bush, we only wanted it to keep the shape by trimming off shoots going astray but everytime you proffered it up to the to the shoot it jammed, very dissapointed went and bought some small shears so the trimmer will probably stay in the shed, won't recommend.

These trimmers worked great for a while then I had a problem getting the battery to charge. Contacted the seller who responded very quickly and arranged a replacement to be sent out. Very pleased with the great customer service…so rare these days.

I bought this to trim my relatively small hedge that runs along my garden path. It works pretty well, however any thicker branches than the average and it jams. Not so much of an issue, just means I can't trim the hedge down as much as I'd like and it takes a while longer to do.It's comfortable to use and safe, given it has a safety switch.Swapping the blades can be quite a pain if everything isn't lined up, yet it's relatively easy to get the hang of after a few changes.I'd recommend only for smaller hedges or tufts of grass that need neatening up.

Excellent product which every gardener should have! I found changing the blades relatively easy after studying the directions carefully - despite reading other customers views to the contrary.It has made a great difference to my garden and only wished I had seen this product a few years ago.It arrived within a couple of days, well packed, and the box it came in is good for storing it all when not in use.Very pleased with the length of time one charge lasts for. I have always completed the job in hand before it has needed a further charge.The lawn-edging tool is an added bonus which I hadn't expected to produce such a tidy job.Very pleased with "my new toy" - especially at this reasonable price.
