So I don't eat Indian food at all BUT My Family are serious about it... And they are from England and English gene pool where they KNOW the GOOD stuff. I bought this set as a stocking stuffers because they like to cook Indian food. They opened it smelled each one and tasted it and were so thrilled at the quality and flavors that i had to order a second set for my other brother. Very pleased and excited with my purchase. I cook...a lot. I wanted to find a simple and cost effective way of simplifying my prep time for meals for friends and family... and now I have. The flavour profiles are really nice for each of the mixes. I used the Moroccan Rub last night on some roasted potatoes and it complimented the roast lamb in ways that you couldn't imagine! Even the kids loved the potatoes! The packaging is really nice as well and doesn't need to be hidden away. Love it!

Perfect blend of seasonings in the perfect containers.

These seasoning make things a little more fun. I use them for everything from seasoning olive oil for a quick olive oil and bread appetizer to seasoning chicken, lamb, even tofu.What I don't like is two of the three seasonings are very similar because they have the same dominant spice. I would rather have three very different seasoning.

I discovered Indian Cuisine in my 40s. Now,30 years later, I am still finding ways to use these spice blends, or masalas, in new ways. I especially enjoy grilling salmon coated in any of these blends, they lend spectacular flavor to many meats and neutral tasting vegetables like potatoes. Once you experiment a bit, you'll find numerous ways to enjoy these amazing high quality spice blends.

Not only are all three of these exceptionally yummy( I have tried them on Beef,Pork, venison and chicken) but when you pop them open the aroma it's absolutely wonderful. They are packaged and Gourmet boutique style Packaging and are so pretty and yummy that I am going to be purchasing another set to give to my sister for Christmas.

Wasn’t super crazy about the flavor and they all tasted the same. Every now and then would get a clump in my meal that sent shivers due to how strong it was in an unpleasant way. A small amount at a time I don’t mind at all.
