I bought this hydroponics growing system as a gift for my daughter, who wants to practice the knowledge learned from the school to grow something. The kit arrived well packaged and cared by the delivering crew. Unlike the packages delivered by other couriers which are common to have a damaged box during rush holiday shopping season, Amazon delivering crew did a great job to keep the package in perfect shape. Right when my daughter opened the box with me, I was surprised by the high qualify. All plastic parts surface is smooth. The included guide is well illustrated and the text is easy to understand, which is a big improvement for those product made in non-English-speaking country. With the help of the detail guide, installation is straightforward. My daughter completed most of the assembling but did need my help to push all the plastic tube all the way into the connector because of the tight fit. The kit comes with everything except for the water and seeds. The water pump turns on/off automatically. The growing LED light is very bright. One good feature is that the light panel has 3 mode: Always on, 16 hrs on, and 12 hrs on. So my daughter just keep the kit in front of window, and turned on the "16 hrs on" mode when it's dark outside at around 5pm. The next day the light turns off automatically at 9am when it's sunny outside. Just follow the guide and my daughter successfully plants the "hope". She keeps checking the pot from time to time. Today she is so excited seeing the seeds are growing! So far this kit meets our expectation, my daughter couldn't wait to harvesting the first flowers and parsley planted by her. This hydroponic system has worked even better than I expected, and was one of the only options I could find at a very reasonable price that could accommodate plants growing to a height of 24" or more. Although the plants eventually outgrew the height of the light, I was able to move the light to the side and use a suspended grow light to accommodate the height of the plants. The system itself is very effective and easy to use. Unfortunately, while on vacation, the pump stopped working and one of the two plants died just as it was approaching time to harvest (yet too soon for a good crop). The other plant has been hanging on, but I am desperately trying to find a replacement pump before I lose the other plant. Be sure to keep an eye on the bottom tank and make sure the roots or any other gunk do not clog the pump. Unfortunately, this is rather difficult to avoid no matter what. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this product as an affordable hydroponics system, just be prepared to replace the pump on short notice!

This is a great indoor hydroponic growing system. I've been enjoying planting some seeds and watching them sprout. I was worry about set up but this is so easy to put together and easy to use. The quality is good and the lights can be adjusted. I looks beautiful in my kitchen.

I purchased this unit specifically for the extendable trellis. I own 4 other hydroponic gardens but growing cucumbers and tomatoes on homemade trellis systems can be challenging ! So far I am very pleased with this unit and very surprised at how quickly the seeds provided germinated. I had sprouts on day 3 and today, on day 7, will have to remove one of the rapidly growing seedings to another unit. (see photos) The unit was easy to assemble and when I had questions, customer service was not only quick to respond, but has continued to correspond with me with additional helpful advice. All other features grow light, pump, timer etc are functioning as expected so far. I will see if this phenomenal growth continues and just might have to upgrade my 4 stars ! I am hesitant to end with a negative comment, but should add that one of the reasons for the 4 rating, is that when I first opened the box, I found the plastic smell overwhelming. However after washing the components in hot soapy water, the smell disappeared and now I think the packaging might have been the source. Not a deal breaker and certainly wouldn't stop me from purchasing a second unit!

Very impressed with the quality and the size was perfect on our dining room buffet, The trellis system will be a real godsend when the plants grow and the 3 setting light timer is a bonus. I set it on green 12hr's on and 12 Off. once my plants started to germinate. The unit is so quite you can't even hear the water pump running. Had issue with the light about a month in and contacted the company, and they were very quick at responding to me and getting a new light out to me. After receiving the new light they again contacted me to ask if everything was working to my satisfaction. This company is all about customer service and I will definately be purchasing another one from this company

This is an amazingly compact garden for growing large indoor plants. I have a number of self-contained indoor growing units, but this one stands out in two ways. First for the spacious grow baskets using clay balls that allow for excellent root development. Second for the support system that can be set at two different heights as the plants grow. Both enable the growth of larger, stronger and more beautiful plants. Highly recommended! Customer service from eSuperegrow is also excellent. It's always best, of course, if product support isn't necessary at all, but I've worked with enough hydroponic systems to know that technical glitches are far from uncommon. When I recently had a problem with the light for this unit, the customer service I received was fast, courteous and effective with everything back up and running for me in record time.
