Cheap, effective, reasonable quality
At this price point (£7) it's incredible value, it has a standlight, it's acceptably bright in the dark, it all worked. The overall feel of the plastics is maybe slightly on the cheaper side but it does what you need it to do, looks modern and includes a reflector, has terminals on the back for the rear light, it's also very light if that interests you. What's not to like?

Excellent value
I wasn't expecting to be too impressed, but I really am. I'm surprised they can be sold at this price with a circuit capable of delivering so much. Light output is very good and the standlight (that stays on when the bike is stationary) is good too, easily as good all round as a much more expensive B&M version I bought a few years ago. The only downside is that low speed flicker is more than I would have liked, which is surprising given the large capacitor inside, but this is offset by the low price. I'm using mine with a 40 year old Dynohub - a hugely worthwhile upgrade. Highly recommended.

Great for urban riding.
I picked up a cheap dynamo wheel and bought this to go with it. It fits to the hole on the fork crown used for mudguard fittings using a long bolt and a approx1cm washer. It comes with a long wire that needs to be strapped to the fork (cable ties) and then the ends need to be attached to a connector (one should come with the dynamo but are available). Once attached this can be plugged into the hub dynamo and unplugged for wheel removal. The light also has spade clips for connecting a dynamo specific rear light. Dynamos are AC so the main input will contain a rectifier and should not be driven from a battery. It might work at a reduced power or it might burn out the circuit. The light beam is focussed into a main circle and two smaller ones below and outside. I have used this for urban riding and it is good for being seen by and has spill to the sides. The stand light function means that it stays on for a short while when stationary for safety at junctions. If adjusted to the right distance it can pick up pot holes, dropped kerbs etc. but isn't really good enough for going fast in un-lit lanes. To get that you need to spend several times the cost of this light. If you are handy with electrics and fitting you could probably run two from one hub. In summary, great for urban commuting for the price.

Maximum performance at a budget price!
Absolutely amazed at the output of this budget priced Dynamo lamp. 30lux which is bright enough to see with and be seen easily. The park light function is great too, which means the lamp will stay lit for a few minutes if you stop moving. Very light and extremely easy to fit. Another great feature is this lamp will suit a modern bike as well as a classic Dutch bike ( this is what I fitted mine to )

Illuminating
Extremely simple to connect to an existing dynamo lighting setup. The light is bright enough for dark bike rides and easy to switch on. lately I've been using the automatic feature which does work well most of the time; it can come on sometime when it's slightly overcast and not necessary. The light stays on for a couple of minutes whilst stationary after fully charged; I would buy this light again.

This light works fine off my hub dynamo. Reasonably priced too.
This light replaced the halogen bulb light perfectly. It uses less current, is brighter and has a connection to the rear light. Reasonably priced.

Good light
Great value for the price. Works well and is much brighter than the average battery powered led lights. Of course, at 30 lux, as stated, is not among the brightest and much more expensive dynamo lights on the market.

Great value but flex too short
This is an excellent light for the price, however the flex to connect it to the dynamo was alot shorter than the light it was replacing and too short to use the mount on the handlebar. However I managed to secure it using a couple of cable ties and it works fine.
