Wrong keyboard
Hi. This laptop spesification was not correct when received. The keyboard was in English only and the model we have selected is English and Arabic. Unfortunately the laptop was used by my daughter and she did not inform me of this difference until one month has passed. What to do now?

terrible experience with defective item. when we buy very expensive products from Apple, one expects superior quality, not back and forth travels to apple center with no provided solution.extremely disappointed.

Best Apple product I own. And I own all of them! So sleek the battery last a long time. It is Apple and it exudes Apple quality. I bought an iPad Pro to replace my old Mac book but just could not adjust to using windows layout on the iPad. So got this new MacBook so happy I did.
