I bought an EV charging station from them recently and I can't say enough good things about their customer service and support. I got responses within minutes and they have been in constant contact with me and pushed multiple firmware updates to my unit based on feedback and request I submitted. Great company. Amazing support.This portable jump starter and mobile charging unit is well built, top quality, and fully functional. I've verified it fast charges my Pixel 9 Fold and can fully power my MacBook Air 15". My power went out the day I got it, and I used it as a long-term light source. It was bright and used almost no power during the outage to keep my underground house well lit.I have other mobile jump-starting units, and they can be a bit tricky on how exactly to get them to start the jumping process. This unit takes all the guess work away, as all you need to do is connect it and it will automatically power up and start the jumping process when you turn the key. No sequence of key presses or order of operations to remember years after you read the instructions. Has plenty of power for most 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines. And can start them multiple times on a single charge, depending on how drained the car battery was when used.The instructions are mostly well written and straight forward. The only thing you really need them for is to know how/when to use boost mode vs normal mode. The bottom line is use boost mode (power it up by holding the boost button) when the car battery voltage is below 9v. The instructions are a little unclear on this point, but I've verified though other sources that this is the correct way to use boost.I'm very happy with this unit. It came well packaged, the carrying case if very well built, and the unit itself is solid and sturdier than my other more expensive units.

It's built like a tank, has a clear display showing battery life, and indicates when it's ready to boost or if the battery's low. Plus, it comes with a case, and the price is unbeatable. Every vehicle I've used it on starts way faster than with other boosters. My Cummins fires up without a hitch!

I could not be happier with my purchase! I lost my job and let my car sit idle for weeks. When I needed to run errands that I had saved to do all at once, my car didn’t start. I knew my lack of maintenance was the reason my battery had died. Regardless, I had to remedy the situation. I wasn’t sure whether to get a charger or a jump-starter. I decided on the jump-starter because I live in the desert and I didn’t want to be stranded somewhere being I couldn’t trust my battery to be reliable anymore. I charged it fully before using it. I admit I was a bit skeptical but it worked like a charm. I got all my errands done without needing it again. After a couple of days, my battery had lost all the charge it got from my day out. My battery was bad and needed replacement. I wasn’t ready to outlay the money for a replacement and I had a couple more errands that needed handling ASAP. I grabbed my Wolfbox, checked the percentage which was at 97% after a single use and went out to 3 different places. Each time I stopped, I needed the Wolfbox to start my car again. It was so easy to use and carry around. It is compact, light and hassle-free. After using it 4 times after the first, the charging capacity was still at 71%! The clincher for me was that it came with a hard-shell case to keep everything together neatly and organized. Using it didn’t cause any sort of commotion when I was using it out and about. In fact, one lady passing by commented how great it was to have one because it’d saved her when she was having electrical issues until it got figured out. It is basically fool-proof, although I recommend reading the instructions anyway. It looks very sleek and modern. Best of all, after leaving it in my hot car for a few days, the charging percentage was still at 71% which was a concern of mine and prevented my purchase sooner. This is a must-have for every single car. Peace of mind is priceless and this was really reasonably priced for the product. LOVE IT!!

I am very happy with this. I bought this model because I have a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 6.7L diesel and this thing has worked great. I have jump started my truck 3x times without having to recharge this jump starter and it still had ~50% power remaining. Also, amperage is great. When I did use it, my truck's starter cranked faster than I have ever heard it crank. I have also used it on a Chevy V8, Chevy V6, Subaru 4-cyl, and a riding lawn mower. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this for my mother who is 83 years old. Worked like a charm easy for her to use.
