Toller Kundenservice!
Die Raumstation von VATOS, mit Rennauto, zahlreichem Zubehör und vielen Funktionen, gefällt meinen Kindern sehr.Am ersten Tag des Auspackens ist ein kleines Teil abgebrochen, wodurch eine Tür auf der Rennstrecke unbrauchbar wurde.Das hat mich zunächst unzufrieden gestimmt, aber der Kundenservice war unglaublich schnell im Antworten und äußerst nett (thank you, Rebecca!) und so wurde schnell die Lieferung eines Ersatzteils in die Wege geleitet. Als die Lieferung wochenlang nicht kam, musste ich nochmal nachhaken. Es gab wohl beim Versand ein Problem. Lieferung wurde erneut angestoßen und das Paket, welches dann kam, hat mich sehr überrascht: wir haben das gesamte Set noch mal bekommen. Die Kinder freuen sich sehr. Toller Kundenservice und die Qualität ist insgesamt auch absolut in Ordung! Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Ich bin begeistert
Ich muss sagen wirklich top Qualität mein Neffe 3 Jahre alt hat sich so extrem gefreut das ist wie auf den Bild abgebildet man hat sehr viel Freude damit würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

Amazing toy
Absolutely astounding value. This toy is fantastic and gives hours of fun to a little boy. It almost fills his bedroom floor and was so easy to put together. His granddad gave him it for Christmas... (my son). And he is pleased the toy and is a very pleased,satisfied customer.
