When I unboxed my spring it was bend shipping error I assume.

Contains a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene
Patisse USA told me they use a Swiss coating called "ILAFLON" on this ceramic line of baking products. ILAFLON is a PTFE-containing, solvent-based system. PTFE is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, of which the best known brand is "Teflon." I personally feel that the labeling of this coating as "ceramic" is misleading.

Hält nicht, was sie verspricht
Ich hatte diese Backform gekauft, weil ich die Antihaft-Funktion einer beschichteten Pfanne suchte. Die weist die Springform allerdings nicht auf. Biskuitteig bleibt an der Form kleben, Backtrennfolie ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Berücksichtigt man gleichzeitig die Empfindlichkeit der "Beschichtung", war dies ein klarer Fehlkauf.

Stabil
Eine stabile und trotzdem leichte Springform. Wie in der Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben , habe ich die Form eingebrannt im Backofen.Danach den ersten Tortenboden gebacken und sehr zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis erhalten.

Funziona bene
Buon materiale e buona cerniera. Forse delicato il materiale ma quello si sapeva già. Meglio del suo fratello per fare i plum cake.

rostet und der Verschluß geht schnell kaputt
Nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch rostet diese Form und die Beschichtung blättert ab. Außerdem ging bei mir nach kurzer Zeit der Verschluß kaputt. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

Belle qualité
C'est sans regret, j'avais hésité avec des prix plus bas, puis avec le système d'ouverture et la jolie couleur j'ai craqué... et bien il est très beau, pratique et de très belle qualité ;) j'en ai racheté deux depuis d'autres tailles dont un en cadeau et je m'en sers tjs de préférence.
