Ergonomic Executive Office Chair with Lumbar Support, High Back Leather Office Desk Chair with Back Support, Swivel Home Computer Chair with Flip-up Armrests

I purchased the Ergonomic Executive Home Office Chairs (Color: 9051 Black). There were 2 black chairs and they looked identical. I just picked one.First off. It's comfortable except for the lumbar support. I'm a short guy (168cm or 5ft 6in)and the lumbar support hits me about mid back. It needs to be just a bit lower for it to be considered a lumbar support, otherwise, it's just annoying. I checked to see if I could lower it, but I'd have to tear into the fabric underneath the fake leather back. I'm not quite there yet. The dial brings it forward or back, there's no up or down adjustment. Of course, the chairs with that kind of adjustment cost (at least) another $100.TL;DRVery comfortable, but maybe not so much for short guys. Well worth the money.

The instructions to put the chair together were clear and straightforward. Unfortunately my chair had some pre-drilled holes that were covered up by the felt fabric. I had to tear that to get to them.The chair itself is very comfy. I bought it for the bigness rather than the tallness of it. So I'll agree that it gives a good deal of cushion in the seat, has good lumbar support, and feels very solid. Since I'm 5'4", the elongated seat is a bit too much for me. I have to keep the chair height at its lowest setting for my feet to touch the floor properly and be fully seated (rather than perching at the end). Anyone short than me would likely have problems. The hardware and tools it came with were well marked and helpful, and they provided extras just in case. The leather is soft and feels very comfortable. Once all screws are tightened there's no shake or looseness in the arms, which is great. It took my about 30 mins to full assemble by myself.

This product would be fine for the price if it weren't for the arm design. As it is, they are not adjustable downward in any way. This is a problem because at my height (5'7), the arms are too tall and I have to hunch my shoulders unnaturally to use them. I can of course adjust them backwards and out of the way, but then why have armrests at all? At that point, my wrists are on the desk, and I'm losing circulation. Neither option is ideal for me.Support seems fine, but I won't be able to test it long enough to give a fair rating.Easy enough to assemble, not too many parts to work with. A bit odd, again because of the rigid arm design. I find it weird that the arm assembly is also what holds the back to the seat, which almost makes it a 2-person job to assemble due to awkwardness with the rigid components. It took me about 35 minutes to assemble fully, not counting a mistake or two I made (pure user error) which took another few minutes.

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty easy to assemble and cushiony/comfortable chair all around. Well priced for what you are getting, and a great work-from-home option. It doesn't lean back as much as it looked, but still a great sturdy option for someone sitting at a desk all day

Excellent chair! Comfortable and supportive! I could not fit one of the casters into the base contacted the seller and they were excellent and getting a new one that fit. Grateful for spending a lot of money on a chair without a 5th wheel would have been awful! Happy they got it to me quickly! Now I am enjoying the comfort of the chair daily!

This is the most comfortable and practical desk chair I have owned. I have never owned one that actually kept me at the desk, I can spend all night studing.

This is an epic chair, great quality and assembly was pretty easy. Pro tip - do as instructions say but don't tighten anything down just get them started. The reason this doesn't get 5 star is the actual cushion doesn't hold up in my opinion. Iam 300lbs and when I sit down feels like and air bag let's half the air out. I feel like cushion could be better.
