great bags.
My small carry-on case broke. Both zippers are off the track. By the time I left the airport, I had to carry the bag out so things wouldnt fall out. Other than that, great bags.

Very disappointed, to say the least
The first time I used this luggage the zippers broke and all my contents were everywhere. The airline used shipping tape to reclose it. I lost a lot of my stuff and was able to file a claim with the airline for some of it. Very disappointed, to say the least.

Didn't last very long!!
These suitcases look great but after only 2 uses the zipper split and 2 of the cases have cracked and dented. Would definitely not recommend this set at all. Very disappointed!

JUNK
Not good at all. Lasted less than a year before all of the zippers fell apart. Carrying luggage around an airport with no zippers is not fun. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. Zero stars is more accurate.

Need someone to contact me. Purchased these, and just after 1 use the bottom cracked and wheel broke. Need to know how this company honors the warranty to get a replacement.

Lightweight but zippers will fail!
Luggage is very lightweight which allows you to pack more and not worry as much about exceeding airline weight limits. HOWEVER, the zippers on the luggage fail and you will find the contents of your suitcase spilling out at the most inconvenient times - like in the airline luggage conveyor. This should not happen with luggage that is less than 2 years d and only used a few times.
