I just purchased this backpack at costco --Jack Georges had a road show booth. I actually picked up the toiletry bag first in the same color and style first, the buffalo leather is so supple and wears very nicely. Even when scuffed, you can rub out the abrasive marks and it gives it a nice worn look.When I went home and did my research on the product and company I was very impressed with their quality and warranty. I really liked that they had a youtube video that showed what it looked like to have one of their products refurbished -- I think the bag they used was 10 years old. Anyway, buying a bag like this with such amazing quality of leather became a no brainer with the lifetime warranty. A strap breaks, zipper breaks, whatever, you can send it in and they'll fix it.The only thing that bothered me was deciding if the bag was too small for my body. I'm a large guy, 6 foot and 280lbs, so I didn't want to look like I was walking around with a mini backpack. The bag is very minimalistic, sleek and sexy. I had to get used to the idea of not using a huge backpack like I had been using for my every day train commute. The bag hangs nicely, very comfortable. Looks a hell of a lot more professional than my old red Cleveland golf computer backpack. This bag is seemingly small, but I am able to fit my 13 inch macbook pro (2012 model) and charging cable, ipad, external hard drive, phone charger, book, lunch container, pens, small flash light, epi pen, small portable usb charge bank, and some files -- all without looking like its about to burst at the seams.To be honest, it was getting to feel the leather in person that really won me over. Quality craftsmanship, very high quality leather. Happy birthday to me.update 04/11/16: I utilized costo's warranty as the stitching in the bag did not hold up to what I needed to carry on a day to day basis -- ranged from general light weight commuter stuff to my mobile editing gear for film/photos which can be up to 15lbs. I think I pushed it too far with how tight I packed it and how much this bag could carry. It fit what i needed, but didn't want to take the risk of a strap breaking on me. I utilized the costco return policy and got my money back. However, I did keep my dopp kit/travel bag and love that thing.

it Is a beautiful backpack, and it is ligther than my old Samsonite .... I don't give it 5 stars because of the texture in the lower part of the front, it has a lot of wrinkles , and for that price I would expect perfection. This backpack does not have key holder or key chain as most of the Samsonite or Victorinox. One of the things that I like most is the color, it is really beautiful, quite similar to what you perceive in the product picture.This back pack can hold a 14 inches lenovo laptop, with the huge batery.
