So Far So Good
I recently purchased this chair after years of failed camp chairs. I was attracted to the design at first glance, and so I decided to give this one a try. For the average person, assembly will be relatively easy. At first, putting the chair frame together appeared to be tedious. A closer look revealed that the assembly is logical. The chair sits low, which might be a problem for some people getting in and out. So far I have used this chair 5 times. And each time the assembly and reassembly has become easy. The chair is comfortable. In fact, way more comfortable than the standard type chair. AS for how long it will last compared to the others I've purchased, only time will tell. But So Far So Good.

Very comfortable but.
I like the design, I feel like I’m sitting up straight but laying back at the same which honestly feels comfortable! The only downside is that it’s kind of low and I was planning to use it as a gaming chair so I’m a little low to the ground at my desk, other than that I do t regret buying this for the price

Great portable hiking chair; needs a backpack
The media could not be loaded. PROS:-Excellent chair for hiking or on-the-move activities-Somewhat lightweight (~6 lbs, but feels a bit heavier after awhile)-Very sturdy and strong (easily holds my 260 lb husband)-Comfortable-Compact size, doesn't take up much room-Fast set-up (less than 2 minutes...see my video)-Economically pricedCONS:-Assembling takes strength (I squeezed the bars together with my thighs; see video)-Would be easier to carry with a backpack (the included shoulder strap works for awhile, but it begins to dig into your shoulder)Helpful hints:1. Squeeze the long bars together with your thighs (or use a buddy to hold them together) and pull on the seat back with BOTH sides at the SAME time (slide it down over both bars at the same time).2. Best if used for hiking or biking adventures. There are easier to assemble chairs for camping. Although, if space is an issue, this chair is more compact than the typical folding bag chairs.

Makes break time in the outdoors more comfortable
This backpack camping chair is definitely more stable than other packable camping chair we’ve purchased. Both the square frame and being made from steel seems to lend to the extra stability. The poles are attached to both sides of the square frame with shock cording and then each side held in place with long Velcro straps. The Velcro is a nice touch because when you pull the frame out of the backpack there isn’t an eruption of poles. The chair comes with a nice assortment of pockets. Because the square frame is steel our flashlights that have a magnet on the end stick to the frame instead of getting kicked around in the dirt and lost. Even a led lantern with a carabiner could hang from the center frame. When putting the frame together it seems low to the ground but once the chair is in place it sits higher. I thought the seat leaned back a little too far for my liking but my husband though it was fine. The pillow attaches with Velcro for neck support. The chair is best suited for hard ground otherwise with soft grass or sand the legs sink in and becomes unstable. When packing up the steel frame section is easy. The bigger challenge is getting the chair fabric folded back up neatly but just takes a little patience. I was a little concerned when holding the chair packed up because it seemed a little heavy. Once I put the chair on my back it didn’t seem nearly as heavy. I also made sure the put the chair fabric to the back side of the pack so it acts as cushioning. The pack doesn’t come with a belly band strap but the chair seems to ride fairly well with just the shoulder straps.Overall this a great chair to take along for a more comfortable break in the outdoors whether it’s at a lake for fireworks in the evening, midway on a long bike ride, when all the park benches are full or around a campfire. The chair is a good value; considering we paid the same price over four years ago for camping chairs that aren’t as robust as this backpack camping chair.

Not convenient at all
If you have ADD you’ll hate your life before you can finish setting it up. It looked convenient but it’s a hassle to setup and is t comfortable and feels like your always gonna fall backwards.

Badass!!
I love this chair! Don’t believe what you read. This is the one to buy for sure. It’s badass for the price. I’m a bigger guy and I have no problem getting up out of this chair. Put my hands right on each corner and lift out that’s it. I’m disabled and I was concerned with a bad leg after my stroke. No issues being low to the ground. Pockets are easily accessible on each side the neck pillow is perfectly positioned I could sit comfortably fishing (that’s the plan) for hours.Buy it.
